This app is owned and operated by Web Intelligent Solutions Ltd, based in Cyprus.

We collect only the minimum necessary information to provide the services of the Kidzy Connect app:

  • Parent and teacher phone numbers (used for login and account identification)
  • Names of children and educators
  • Classroom assignments
  • Daily event data (e.g., meals, naps, diaper changes, activities)
  • Technical data such as device IP, app version, crash reports (via Sentry), and general usage analytics (via Google Analytics for Firebase)

We do not collect or store photos or videos.

2. How We Use the Data

The collected data is used exclusively to:

  • Enable secure login and access to the correct user role (Parent, Teacher, Director)
  • Allow teachers to log daily events for each child
  • Allow directors to manage classrooms, staff, and parent access
  • Send real-time notifications about updates and announcements
  • Improve app stability and performance (through anonymized analytics and crash reporting)

We do not use personal data for advertising purposes.

All data is securely stored on private servers managed by Web Intelligent Solutions Ltd. We apply strict access controls and encryption to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

4. Who Has Access to the Data?

Access to user data is strictly role-based:

  • Parents can view data only for their own children.
  • Teachers can view and edit data only for children in their classroom.
  • School Directors have full access for administrative purposes.

We do not share your data with any third parties.

Kidzy Connect uses the following third-party services to support app functionality and improve user experience:

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): For sending push notifications
  • Google Analytics for Firebase: For anonymous usage statistics
  • Sentry: For error and crash reporting

If you wish to delete your account or request the removal of personal data, please contact the school administration directly. The school director has the authority to handle data access and deletion requests in accordance with privacy regulations.
